Urgent! Foster Family/ Carer Needed

Carmarthenshire Fostering Service is looking for a special foster family/person who can offer a warm, calm, caring and nurturing home environment to a young person. We are urgently looking for a special foster family/carer for a 12 year old female of mixed heritage who identifies as black. A foster carer that can offer a safe and stable home. This young person is bright with a lively personality. She is intelligent, analytical, articulate, sociable, polite and respectful. She also possesses a good sense of humour and likes to laugh and have fun. She will need guidance and boundaries to help her through the adolescent years and help her gain understanding around safe use of social media platforms This young person is a gifted student who possesses great curiosity about life. This young person experiences good health and enjoys regular contact with her birth family. Her interests include dancing and playing football and is excellent at both these activities. She also enjoys books, television, music  and social media. We are looking for a foster carer/s who could offer this young person an opportunity to grow into their given potential. The foster carers would be required to support the young person in achieving  education and health milestones; be available to transport her to social activities and birth family contact sessions. If you think you could nurture, guide and  support a young person as part of a team of professionals please contact us.
